how to unlock uncle dill

it similar to the key vault levels,you have to go to the secret exit(blue sign) of a certain level to unlock the level where you can unlock uncle dill.just complete the level

BTW the secret exit to the key vault level is at the 11th level "Arid Airride

and the exit to ucle dill's level should be "Winding Wild Windworks"
