Basically the backround is blurry, but that is by design.. no problem there.... however, there is indeed motion blur going on in the foreground as well that makes it hard to play.... I hope the devs fix this as it was not there in the first runner and I can't play like this :(
Been wondering if perhaps it's something that had to be done for the iOS/handheld market to allow the quick drawing on objects onto the scene by using lower quality objects when in play, that wasn't kept platform specific.
It all boils down to Runner2 being a shitty console port. The game will run flawlessly on any tv, but the only way to get rid of this on pc is to play it on a 60hz CRT monitor.
See you!!!!!
..
Damn, you have a poor PC. I have a poor GPU and even I run this 60fps at 1080p, no lag, stutter or blur. :)
No, my pc is alright, well above recommended requirements.
You probably don't notice the stutter and the input lag (if you even know what they are) and/or you're the resident developer apologist. Every Steam game forum has at least one ;)
Spoken like a true person who has no friggin clue about actual design and doesn't even grasp the actual hardware details of a PC.
"Oh my GPU is awesome so everything will always be fine providing your GPU is awesome too, cus it's all about GPU!"
*sighs*
