Can't find Soundtrack in my Steam Library

According to the steam store pages, I own the soundtrack DLC, and I've listened to it tons of times in the past on steam, but filtering my library to show soundtracks, this one is missing.

That's because the soundtrack of Runner2 works like a DLC, so it would appear on the game installation folder. By default its in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\bittriprunner2\.

I found them in the game files but I remember it being in my library and functional with steam's music player in the past. Odd
