Has anyone been able to fix the flicker issue on steam deck? Screen flickers black every new frame. Same issue regardless of what mode it's launched in.

I literally just started and I like the simplicity of the surrounding sound of people chatting and what sounds like casual movement, etc. But the loop of sound, sounds a bit rough. I know the game is old, but it sounds a bit like static. Is that normal on a newer operating system or this is how it has always sounded? Really I enjoy the coziness of it, just not that... gruffness of it I guess is the best way I can describe it. And about saves... I try and save and it wants me to actually save literally...
