It's custom art, you also can't see it (as presented), but there's a dead goblin at both of their feet. It's relevant to the setting, at the very least. In spite of the namesake you gave it, this is a rather stereotypical depiction of a gallic/brythonic tribesman, and of a roman legionnaire. It's not that bad. honestly it's reminiscent of osprey publishing depictions, and I wouldn't be surprised if they took a little inspiration from that. Obviously this company releases games as cheaply as possible, they place emphasis on mechanics and traditional/authentic gameplay rather than presentation, and that's being quite generous about it.
