Report a translation problem
1. Uninstall the game from the steam client.
2. Go to \Steam\steamapps\common and delete Tom Clancy's Endwar. Just the whole damn thing.
3. Reinstall the game from the steam client.
4. Validate the files from the steam client and launch the game.
Yo!!!!!!!!! Thank you SOOOO much!!! I hadn't been able to play for a month straight. Game would stop at the loading screen. I kept un-installing/re-installing to no avail but as soon as I followed your method and deleted the whole damn folder after un-installing from the steam client, she's good money now! I'm about to crack some cold brew open and play all ♥♥♥♥♥♥ nite now!!!!

Oh wow I completely forgot that I posted this all those years ago lol. Glad that was the answer to the issue tho! I think I tried that long ago but forgot to mark it as the answer. Went ahead and marked it just in case someone else comes across this issue :)
