Suggestion: Daily Run Breakdown

Enjoying the Daily Challenges so far, and am curious with each one how others approach it.

Being able to see a run breakdown for each score on the leader-board would be great to see differing strategies and effectiveness.

Yeah Monster train does this, it shows you the deck that they beat the game with so you can get an idea if they made different choices to you.

All can be greate but peope just start use cheats and take 1st every day. When i try make best run and spending hours on this they just turn 1 button :(

That would be interesting to see, yeah!
Another thing that could be interesting is the ability to create a custom run: allow players to select a few modifiers, difficulty level, ship and crew, then have them complete a run and post a leaderboard with the seed.

Every run the approach is different and in the roll of the dice just tried my first daily and got carried,

sometimes not so lucky you get a card hoping to get something that compliments it and never do(got lightning in a bottle there's another card you can use to make it cost 0 to play)

Along the way I:
got a bunch of selective memory cards
Got backup stick and upgraded it
got ace a couple times.
removed exhaust from ace
Made the sacrifice to have it duplicated multiple times so it came into hand frequently
acquired strafe
acquired scaffolding
acquired 3D cockpit

most everything else I got along the way was trash
I was using the backup stick on my jupiter drone and releasing them a pair at a time

result was I was blocking my drone bay from getting hit with drones and letting the rest pass around it until my evade built up and I could play strafe and would just dodge them to death

Did not manage quite those shenanigans, but I had a similar setup otherwise:
Got an Admin Deploy B with buoyant, and a Clean Exhaust with retain; I also managed to get two copies of Selective Memory A, ensuring that I would start pretty much every fight with Clean Exhaust.
This was usually followed by some combination of Strafe, Overclock, and Ace. Hitting for 4 damage per drone for each square of movement was not a bad feeling.
Sadly this was my entire game plan, which went kind of out the window against the Cobalt when I somehow managed to fail to draw either Clean Exhaust or Selective Memory, and spent several turns juking desperately until my combo came online.

Is that so? Ive done really well before and been surprised how much higher others got so that explains that. Maybe record some flags that cheaters could be caught out by? Max mana spent, number of turns taken, and if someone has impossible values you can take that as a sign they cheated,

I can assure you the scores we're getting are legit, as some of these top scores come from known people in the community on the Discord server.

bro, in the first places are people who even received achievements earlier than expected (7 days have not yet passed from the update and they already have achievements for this).
And yes, you can hack this game even through a simple "atmoney" or "cheat engine", they simply turn on endless energy (which means that when you receive a “draw card” you will win on turn 1)

I don't see the correlation between achievements and leaderboards. Achievements are personal and it doesn't matter if you get them in a "legit" way or not.

Anyway, just a hint about the high top scores - Cleo does count as a boss fight.

2. One of the players who is often topping the charts, Shinydiamond, frequently posts her runs on Discord (including the failed ones), and she will often point out winning strats she achieved. She simply grinds out the daily to find the most optimal path possible.
3. Cleo counts a hundred points, and is usually the major milestone if you want a spot in the top 3, or sometimes just the top 10 if people can get an easy infinite.

1.The cheater may not receive the achievement for 30 days, so as not to be revealed
2.I talked to shinediamond and she couldn’t provide me with the race records (and when she threw off the screen shot, it was OBVIOUS that she was using cheats because she couldn’t even looped the deck by the end of the game, although the sum of moves was 2 times greater than everyone else’s).
For so long now she has been in 1st place almost every day (and not in first place when cheats don’t help). I understand that the developers are not even able to ban her. But it’s just disgusting that cheaters cause discomfort even in single games

It's SUPER easy to cheat in the leaderboards, if you wanted to. shinydiamond, being as active as they are over on the Discord server, has a pretty believable track record, and I doubt any of the other Discord community members have any suspicions either. Also, you're just wrong about devs not being able to ban people - they can easily do so.
