Insane evasion rate

Ok so I posted a reply under the developers bug repport discussion where I expressed my discontempt with the games insanely high evasion rate. I dont know how but after a week i finally got a hit and one hit killed phoenix. after having finally got them on my team Im at the mission challenge the training hall and I have more or less given up at this point. The mission contains consequtive batttles and I always end up using all my attack moves because of the evasion rate of the enemies before the end. And the cherry on top is that if I leave to rest I have to do everything again from the start so in case anybody thought of this unfortunatly that is not possible. just in case anybody wants to know my stats. 3 of my party members have full stats that cannot be raised anymore. I beg of you developer lower the evasion rate of the enemies please. The game has litteraly become unplayable for me because I cant proceed due to being bottlenecked.
