I agree on this one. Though it makes more work for the Dev, it is very nice to have this choice sometimes.

Reason is, I didn't put pregnancy in this game. Plan is to do it in one of the next ones, then there will be more creampie options

I hear what you are saying here, but creampie doesn't have to equal pregnancy.
Many, many adult games give players the choice of where to finish without making them preggers. Girls on the pill, MC shooting blanks, magic Sexbot that can control fertility, you create that reality after all.

The game takes place over the course of a week. I don't think this is something you had to hold back for.

Perhaps, but in this first game, it never would have mattered, and I'd wager if there ever came a point where it would, another time reset would be enough to avoid the issue.
