Havent seen any releases of any note for some months now. Did the dev abandon the game in its unfinished state?

does anyone have any tips or tricks for classic level 26 casino difficulty, i cannot beat this no matter how hard i try, i have all perks unlocked and i have spent millions trying over and over to beat this. i always run out of time. any help would be much appreciated....
