Dude, ♥♥♥♥ Skyrim SE. I'm sorry, but playing "Oldrim" is truly the way to go. RIght now I am playing completely vanilla, no bug fixes, nothing. The bugs are amusing and funny and truly, minimal.

The most important part of playing this way after alllll these years is getting to re-experience the original and intended art direction. This is the game that became so famous and beloved. These devs spent ages getting the style just the way they wanted, the clolours, everything. I remember when SE came out and just thinking, "well that just doesn't even look like the same game!" There really isn't anything wrong with SE, but it's just not the original vision, and I as a distinguished fan and player, want that experience now more than ever in a world of Unreal Engine 5, which, nowadays, feels almost AI-like and nearly uncanny valley.

Flaws and all, this is a real ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game, and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ do I appreciate it now more than ever!

This is my grandpas computer, he taught me how to play and what this game even was. I wouldn't be who I was without him. Love and miss you grandpa. I hope i'm everything you wanted me to be in life.
