Playing on my rog z1xtreme on 25w profile medium settings. Getting around 37-45 fps. Got some frame drops running around but so far playable. Only.play about 20min . Just thought I'd post update on rog

Steam deck worked. Switch to proton experimental. Or 8.0
Worked fine 6 hours.
But! Today
I'm stuck in main menu. Sound works but resolution seems off and I can't press anything. Might of been the patch.
Idk. I'm trying different methods to fix. I'll let yall know.

yea i played earlier this morning for 3-4 hours on my steam deck. everything ran perfectly and then tonight i tried again and same thing. the game looked stretched i couldnt use my controller properly .. not playable at that point .. think it mightve been a patch

Hello, does anybody have an update for me how the game runs on steam deck now? Cant find any recent information about it. All news i found so far is four months old and i look forward to play with my girlfriend. Maybe update 10 changed something?

It doesn't run on Steamdeck out of the box yet. It CAN run on Steamdeck with Proton GE

Also we're working on getting it natively Steamdeck verified, but there's more work to be done on that front, hopefully by Update 12 it will be natively supported by Steamdeck without having to run a different different application.

I am just a community manager though so I don't know all the roadblocks that might pop up in this process. Steam has some interesting metrics we have to clear to get the seal of approval for a released game.
