Still can't launch the game

I know people probly going to give you crap instead of advice, because so many has supposedly posted the fix's to this issue, but i as well cannot start the game on my higher end system, my laptop it starts and plays fine, but my PC it wont even load. Tried all the tips and tricks everyone has said, and still will not load. differance between the two systems for the most part is my PC is windows 10, 3060 gforce,my laptop is windows 11 2060 gforce. dont think that actually matters so yeah cannot figure it out for the life of me.

I had troubles at first as well. Game wouldn't go past the loading screen. Task manager status was game not responding.

Made it work by:
In you Steam library, right click on the game >> Properties
Under General > Launch options
add
-dx11

How ever, after the last patch the above fix made the game hang again. It loaded fine, but when I used teleporters, in stead of taking seconds it too 1 minute or more.
I do not know if the following will help you, but it fixed the issue for me.

I'm on an AMD system. Windows 10 pro version 22H2. Ryzen 7 7700X, 64 GM ram, AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT Hellhound.

I removed -dx11 under launch options. Then I upgraded my chipset driver. And checked AMD Adrenalin Edition - I had missed an update. Installed it, and then I verified the game installation.
Restart and I was able to launch and play the game.

If the above does not help there are some tips out there some more extensive than others, and hopefully you won't have to try those.
