Multiplayer/ co op

Me and my friend are enjoying the game and the beautiful scenery but when we finally got to the multiplayer gate so that we could play together it wasnt great. 1 i wasnt able to access anything or help build any structures, 2 i couldnt help in any quests or missions, 3 my map was completely gone so i couldnt tell where i was going, and 4 it was really laggy. We both got the game in hopes of playing this beautiful game together and explore the wonders of the world side by side but were met with disappointment. We hope sometime soon these problems can be fixed and the multiplayer can be worked on to make the game even better. The game says it is 1-4 player but the co op experience is pretty far in and plays just like a spectator at the moment. We enjoy the game and understand it is a new game that as of now is only like 13 days old and hope to give some feedback of what we hope for in the future.

Kind of hard to find now, but they posted a roadmap that says when the multiplayer will be improved:

They are working to fix the bug you saw. That is apparently a common one, but not everyone get it where stuff disappears.

Seems like this game has a lot of potential, but we might not see it for a year or more.
