weird camera movement

I am having a problem with camera movement. Every time I run or move the camera, it goes out of focus and doesn't follow the character. I don't know how to explain it properly, but I'm getting motion sick. Is there any option to fix it?

Yes, the gradual zoom in / ease in of the camera after you let go of walk or run is making me motion sick and that never happens to me in games.

It also zooms in as you climb. It would make sense to have the camera zoom out so you can see more, but for some reason they don't want you to see anything as you climb except the rock face right in front of you.

I’m fighting controller settings issues. Had to un/reinstall and now the 2nd person camera isn’t behind the character. It’s off to the right side and 360deg rotation on a point other than the character.
