About 6/7 years ago I decided to buy it on PC in Gamestop on disc as it was on sale. The game is a complete mess on PC everything is just wrong about it, the controls are messed up completely. I even installed it recently and it still felt the same , so I decided to hook up a xbox controller but it didnt make any difference. The PC version of Driv3r is just straight out terrible.
If ubisoft were to even sell the PC version of Driv3r one day on Steam it would be nothing but negatives reviews all around.
So maybe we should play it on PS2.
Something similar (but opposite) happened to me about a game called Dreams to Reality
It was horrible for PS1, but nice for PC.

Nice video! I actually didnt realise how bad the launch actually was. I am not defending the game or anything but me personally didnt notice that many bugs on the ps2 version as shown in the video.
Hopefully down the line Ubisoft relaunch the driver series on the same engine that they are using for Watch Dogs. I wouldnt see how it would fail to be honest
Now he has a gaming PC and a good wheel, I want to have a go at driver san francisco again. Just wish it was on steam.
Driver parallel lines will have to do for now.
now what we really need is a 20th anniversary remake of 1/2/3/PL/76 for 2019
It was awesome playing that game back on PS1 with mates and a carton or three of beer.
Please bring this game to Steam!
Driver is seconde in my list:
1.Driver: Parallel Lines
2.Driver 2
3.DRIV3R
4.Driver
5.Driver: San Francisco
