One can level all the way through to 80.
Hope it helps. :)
First you have 2 servers; Fury is Pvp and Crom is PvE. While the main focus on those 2 servers is what I typed; both have pvp and pve.
For Fury all the pve content is still present, it's just that most would rather run around and kill each other instead.
On Crom; there's Pvp in the Arena in the FotD, the Border Regions all the time and there's a last week of each month Pvp event in one of the border regions, plus you can always Duel if you want.
For Solo vs Group. The pop is mainly towards the top end so most of the Dungeon Raids happen up at end cap, but there are always new characters (some new players and older players Alt's) starting in Tortage. If you make friends or get with a guild that has lower level characters in it you can do the lower level group content. Otherwise you'll be running solo for most of the time and skipping the group stuff.
What the heck is a 'zero account'?
If you wish to dispute anything I've said knock yourself out as it's 100% the truth from someone who's been playing since it was a sub only game.
