How do you reset your Abilities?

Feats can get reset at a trainer found in any of the main cities (Khemi's is right outside the AH & Con. Villiage is near the AH between it and the Path of Asura guy). It costs money to do, the amount is on the Feats panel in the upper right corner.

If you're talking about the Alternate Advancement (AA) panel, those can't be changed.
