Is Age of Conan still worth playing?
Should I bother installing Age of Conan again? or should I wait the month for Conan Exiles? also is Conan Exiles FPS only? or can I play it from 3rd Person view?

They are very different types of games the way they are played.

Conan Exiles have First Person and 3rd Person

ok having both is great news. and is there an active server for more socialization with Age of Conan? Just always feels kinda like a dead game to me with the population.

The most populated server for aoc is Crom. Activity peak is at EU prime time. As always with MMOs, I suggest you join an active guild if you like to play with other people.

About your initial question "is it worth playing", the answer depends on what your expectations are. One thing that can't be denied is that it's a very unique game, in terms of combat gameplay and in terms of lore/atmosphere/setting. To me that's what sets this game appart. If you enjoy these 2 things that are specific to aoc, then the game will most likely be worth playing for you. If you don't, then there are plenty of other games out there.

a shame, guess I'll be sticking with Age of Conan then. just started on Crom tho and a guild found me pretty much right away.

gane is worth to play for sure still alot ppl who play and do the raids and world bosses and alot guilds out there for a game that has never really had a true update has down well. but on a good note this game is now under new leadership

Game is absolutely gorgous its a crying shame the game died out. I wish to hell somehow it could revive itself , best open world pvp experience ever. Exiles is great but no idea why why why...they had to revamp the amazing combat system from AOC instead of keep it in Exiles.

aoc has not died out more ppl are coming back to it exile is not a mmo its another dumb survial battle royal game that only there make a few bucks nothing more

There seems to be some confusion about what kind of game "Conan Exiles" really is in AoC's discussions. Exiles is going to be an online survival game based in the Conan universe. You'll be able to play with lots of different people, if you get on the right server. There will be some Funcom run servers, but a vast amount of player run servers that people fork out real life currency to host. Next to that you will be building bases and crafting stuff, along with combat adjusted for 1st/3rd person melee combat. Exiles is NOT an MMORPG like AoC, it would be more similar to ARK: Survival Evolved.

Thank you for the explanation...sounds good but wish it would be more mmo/rpg...Exiles I mean...
