Game patcher stuck at updating content- First time updating.

Hello.I am a owner of the retail version of the game, and a subscriber, and I need help with this one urgently.I have also submitted a ticket to Funcom, but I relay heavily on your help too.

I installed the game today fresh in Windows 10 64 Creators build-this is a VERY fresh install- and upon completing setup the patcher proceeded launching.Afterwards, upon reaching stage 4, it gets stuck on updating content, and stays there.

My internet connection is ok, rebooted the router, and currently downloading Blade Kitten and Falout New Vegas, everything is fine.Windows firewall is not blocking anything, in fact I have checked both private and public profiles just in case.Trying compatibility settings just in case-Windows 8 as the toubleshooter suggested- did not resolve this. and I reported the application for incompatibility.

Please help.
