Steam is asking my sister to buy a game she's already purchased
My sister purchased Anna - Extended Edition about 2 years ago. We've been playing it recently, but today when I tried to launch the game, it only had a purchase option instead of 'play'.

We tried almost everything we could think of from restarting Steam, looking for updates, and making sure the files for Anna were validated, but nothing worked. It doesn't even show any proof of her buying the game in her purchase history. In the end, I uninstalled it to try and reinstall it, but it was removed from her library completely.

I'm going to reach out to Steam Support, but I want to know if anyone else has had this issue and if you were able to solve it. If you have any solutions, please let me know.

Has the issue been solved?
Did you maybe have another Steam account?

Unfortunately, we are not aware of this issue and we do not have access to player accounts, so we cannot verify anything or manually add games to an account.

We hope the Steam Support is able to assist you with this issue.
