Is Black Pierrot still bugged?

I've finished Story Mode on Hard, gotten all 3 endings, but "Match Mode" still always ends with "Prove yourself in Story Mode first..." and I don't get the achievement for completing it.

Is there a bug where Black Pierrot never appears in Match Mode? Is it possible to complete Match Mode?

did you unlock everyone for match mode? if you're missing someone your run can randomly stop in the middle

I am likely missing someone. I have beaten all the modes on all of the difficulties and gotten all the endings, but I believe there are still some unusual unlocks like "Play This Mode 80 Times" and I did not do those.
