I am using the same as before:
Callsign, Wind is xxx at xx knots, Runway xx, Cleared for Take Off
I am sorry to hear you have to deal with this condition. Have you tried training your PC to recognise your voice accurately?
Regards
Another classic is "charlie" (C) being recognized as "charlie 8" (C8). It can be annoying when you need to speak fast at a busy airport and the game can't cope.
I get those confusions very often in Lisbon LPPT as most of the taxiways are a letter plus a number. Regarding the reported winds at take off, I have tried slowing down but without success. Normally if I am lucky I can get any figure from 55 to 360 knots or so. If I am not lucky I just get weird stuff such, taxi to, standby, repeated winds…etc.
What really bothers me is that prior to the update this didn’t happen. I was checking yesterday videos on YouTube and most simmers do not include wind info in their take off clearances however I managed to find someone who did and the software would clearly recognize the reported winds. Obviously this video, 2 months old, was before the update.
I hope they do something about it or provide a tool to uninstall them..
This issue has been flagged as a bug on the FeelThere Discord channel and will get fixed in a future update.
Thanks for the info, I don´t use discord, that is why I missed it.
The command has changed with the latest update.
It's now: Line up behind next landing aircraft
If you want the original command back, open file "commands.csv" (can be found in the 'Airports' folder) with a proper text editor like Notepad++ and change the command.
Thanks again
That's great to hear and thanks for the feedback.
Happy controlling.
