I found NJE in the airport EDDS und NyergesDesign in the airlines.csv:
NJE = Fraction
If it is not in there I found them in the ga.csv. Because that are the Callsigns of the General Aviation Aircraft.
Some firms don't have a complete airline by definition.
Therefor they may get ICAO-Three-Letters from the ICAO-Registration-Board.
So that is why. And it is realistic as well.
If an aircraft hasn't got a callsign, the pilot have to use the Registration-Nr. - which is also regulated by the local airspace authority.
It consists of Letters and numbers - First letter "N" stands for registered in USA, "D" stands for registered in Germany, "CH" means Switzerland, and so on.
Those with such Numbers normally park their aircraft in the GA-Parking area of the airport.
And sometimes there are some GA-aircraft with non-standard Callsigns. Like the Q#### which is called "Anguilla" (for example).
Terminals usually only for airlines.
So you may know by callsign where they are when calling in or where they want go to park.
With some time playing it you may know who is who and how to call, sometimes the first call is so far away from pronounciation I would expect, I then have three approaches: 1st: I mumble the heared pronounciation as fast as I can, 2nd: I use the command with the mouse or 3rd: I look it up in the csv's.
If you are using World Color and World Traffic by Nyerges Design, then you can find all the callsigns in their world-manifest which can be found on their Discord server.
Another way to find them (if they are not on the strips (which most of them are)) you can always Google them.
