Option to change microphone

Why isn't there an option in game to see what microphone is currently being used and to change it to what you want? I'm trying to play the game but I'm having constant microphone issues because the game doesn't want to use the default mic that is selected in my system settings. A feature in game (That basically every other game that uses microphones) like this would go a long way in improving this game.

I really do want to play this game but the constant mic troubles are just plaguing my experience recently, when it does work it works really well.

The game is probably seeing some other microphone and is trying to use that. A similar issue has been reported before and in the end it turned out that a connected controller was seen as a microphone. So maybe this is the case for you as well?

I can confirm that sometimes the voice recognition works as expected but very often it doesn't. The developers should focus more on the basic functionality of the game (voice recognition). Without that working ... playing this game and having fun is nearly impossible. Not sure how patient I can/will be ...

It think it's best to search for what is going wrong on your end, as many people have no issues at all, except the one or two notorious companies (like Quatari) that are always a struggle.
There were issues with update 3, but after the hotfix, all is back to as it was.
Played over 3 hours at EGLL yesterday (MP, very busy schedule) and the voice recognition was flying (no pun intended).
