Need help with Portal please.

Ive just bought TS3 here on Steam, and also the Nyerges World Bundle for TS3 from their page.

I saw that I needed the Portal program to run the Nyerges WB so I got that as well.

I run Portal, installed fine, and then reran to start it and it asks for my email address that I bought the program(s) on, so I enter my email for the Nyerges I used to buy it but it says Email could not be found?

I also tried my Steam account email that Ive just bought TS3 with and it cant find that one either???

So I started TS3 to see if it didnt need Portal but I cant see the Nyerges WB???

Really a bit lost here, could someone give me a hand please.

I did exactly the same, using the e-mail I used to purchase the pack from their website, and it processed fine. Might be an issue at their end, or a mistyped e-mail address? so I'd contact their customer support.

If you purchased from Steam you don't need portal, steam updates automatically the a/[p's purchased from them. If you purchased Nyerges W/B from Nyerges Design you need to flag the email they sent you with the activation code so that you can find it when a new update comes out, you will need to use the link to obtain the updates. You only need Portal if you purchase from Feel There because thats the only way to get updates from them.

Not sure if this is correct Mike. The Nyerges packs are not listed as Steam DLC, and when I bought the pack on the FeelThere website, it explicitly mentioned that my Steam installation needed Portal in order to download it. Portal scanned and found my Steam installation, and downloaded the pack just fine.

If you purchased on our website (www.feelthere.com) you will need to register your account on Portal, wait for the verification for portal. Once that's done, NYD Bundle pack will be inside your portal account already to install when you log in. The update runs automatically, like it would on Steam, hence why we created this portal, so you don't need to go back and forth in your emails, clicking on links and downloading full files any more. This is supposed to make your life easier. :) If you run into any issues, please reach us on our support desk or discord support. Thanks

Hmm ok, so I have to wait for an update before it will see the Nyerges WB pack?

As I said in the OP, I bought TS3 from Steam, And Nyerges WB pack from their website.

The reason I got the Portal was your post "Portal is Here" states in the instructions,

"If you purchased any products from our website - feelthere.com - you will need to use our new Portal! in order to update to the newest version of that XY product. This applies to Nyerges Design World Bundle or World Traffic / Color too.

Hmmm, to be honest I think its a disconnection between Steam and Nyerges site.

I bought nothing from feelthere.com (TS3-Steam & NWB-NyergesDesign) so it seems I have no way to make Steams TS3 see the Nyerges Design purchased WB Pack, grrr :(

When you start the game after selecting your airport, check the airport database and airplane set to see if it is installed. if not recheck the installer and run it again, if all else fails contact Nyerges Design in their portal on Discord.
