doesn't work for me either but I have played for 2 hours in-game with voice commands so it does actually work.

weird because it doesn't work for me and i also find it weird that i can do arrivals but not departures

Train your voice with Cortana in Windows 10/11. Then ask Cortana to spell a word that you will use in the sim "heading, turn, right, left, hold, pushback, approved, go" ect and see if she understands what you are saying.

Cortana understands me fine, speech recognition training understands me fine, this game does not appear to understand me. I'm about to refund this garbage until they update it.

Voice recognition has been tested fully. You need to have the US english version set in voice recognition in windows for it to work.

i agree with slim on this because i was hyped when i heard this game was going to be released but now i have second thoughts the only way to play the game is through using texts

Use the tab, shift, or control key that you selected for push to talk. Then press and hold the left mouse button while you are talking. It will work every time. Don't know why we have to press two items, doesn't make any sense to me.

hi, i´m German, and my cortana understand me very well. i´ve got less issues in voice recognation, and my english isn´t good as well.

"Fully tested" does not equal "fully working". It's obvious by many comments on here that voice recognition is not working for some people at this time or works very poorly. My settings are for US English and as I said, I can talk to windows voice recognition and cortana with almost zero issues. It was a very frustrating 15-20 minutes with this game and I just want others to be aware before they drop 50 bucks.

My voice recognition is now working. I have Language set to English US and Cortana can speak and spell what I say. However, Tower Simulator does not understand a basic command "Push Back an Start Approved, Expect Runway 10".

Some customers also reported that their speech worked without an issue after they uninstalled .Net3.5 from their PC, then did a reinstall and reboot, and that seemed to solve the voice recognition issue.

i set up my cortana understands every word i say when I say clear to land it just types anything else then that like taxi would not recommend refund

Was the OP referring to the Speech Test in settings? Where it says “click here to test speech recognition”.

Speech recognition works ok for me but this function in settings doesn’t do anything when clicked on (Settings->Sound->Speech Test)
