How do i i play a single player skirmish game against bots?

The skirmish portion set up isn't very intuitive, how do i set up skirmish game playing only bots?

I haven't played this game in over a year, but if I remember well, go to the multiplayer section, create a lobby and there was some kind of drop down menu where you can select the players (and add bots).
