did someone know if there is something I need to do to get him? I have farmed like 40 or 50 rainbow eggs, there is soooo many hours of farm, I have more phoenix and Rashaverak than I could even wanted... but not even one Marquis De Léon. did he only appear on a certain circle or something? or am I just very very very unlucky? (theoricaly there is only 1/13 chance dammit!)

Its just luck as far as I know. Outside of the egg tiers being tied to story for when they unlock, I'm not aware of anything anything else tied to them.

Him & Robbin Hood took me a while to get in my first playthrough.
