Best way to lower infection level in my experience is finding the traveling goblin at least twice and doing the black diamond quest as soon as possible, for easy infection drop. Also visiting the mage district gives you immediate scenes too.

How do I get to know the Goblin in the biblical sense?

The goblin is not the best because you need to buy the two handed sword from her (or she needs to have 5k in coin, I've heard).

The church will take care of things for 500 gold.
Thr brothel offers cheaper options at night.

Relationship building is critical. I can't remember my first, but I was in the city for a bit before I felt I had that junk under control. Eventually you can get a perk to F the female lizard enemies and you can gain enough coin to get the goblin.

I found Nijah the easiest. Find her event in the pleasure district and do her quest, which is relatively easy, and you have her at your disposal every day for free. You can even opt to pimp her out for easy gold if you really want to go that route.

I didnt need to buy the 2 handed sword to get her, I just bought the goblin cleaver which was only like 150 or 250 gold and the next encounter she was down to bone.

I am pretty sure its just a set amount of money you spend with her. But on the plus side if you get her pregnant you get a pretty good discount.
