im not complaining im just curious, is there multiple artist that work on the same characters? the designs for them seem different for alot of scenes,

Yes. We try to keep it as consistent as possible, but with a 2D game this scale, we need the extra artists and that means there will always be a (acceptable, we hope), degree of differences in the art.

Yes, they have multiple artists, which unfortunately always leads to art inconsistencies.
