What about just having a "scene skip"/"fade to black" option for sexualities and just flag each scene Heterosexual/Homosexual/Pansexual? If a toggle is too tricky, could it maybe be presented as a choice before each scene instead e.g. "This scene, as you can probably guess, is heterosexual. View scene? Yes/No"
That way anyone who wants to see the content can normally and for people who it doesn't suit they can skip it. Win/Win
