How to reset game to start fresh?

Anybody know how to do this? My daughter wants to start over. Disabled cloud saves in Steam, deleted all local files, reinstalled. Keeps finding her save file somewhere and starting with full dogs. Thx

If you mean the local files from "browse local files," then those are usually just the program files rather than the saves. The saves are typically buried in one of the three Appdata folders (local, local low, or roaming) so they are not accidentally deleted, etc.

I haven't checked for this game in particular, but it could be under the title, the studio name, or even the publisher name.

Okay, just looked. It is under Big Blue Bubble in Local Low. If you have not already, you will have to click the checkbox to show hidden files.
