Window camera bug

My game is bugged from the window in chapter 9/10 because it didn't play the jump scare to Sam and now I'm stuck on this window.

I had to estimate where the door was and so I was able to continue, but then when mike and sam go back into that cave where mike puts his gun between the door handle to lock the door, the scene ends to a black screen and it says like this for ever and it won't change. Does anyone have this problem too?

I did as they wrote in the guide above by deleting a line of code, and my progress changed. For example, in the moment where Mike shoots at the Vendiko next to the barrels, I didn’t shoot at the barrels and (probably) Mike should be dead. Before changing the code, I opened the door for Sam myself and walked to the hospital, while after, Mike bursts into a cave with a burning wendigo... Well, it seems like I have Josh Voskers... In short, it’s kind of cool, but kind of meh

They need to fix this, because I am not editing the Save game with a hex editor, because deleting one piece of code can screw up the rest of the game, as displayed by others here.

Hi guys! No need to download anything. Just restart mission, go back to the place where you've taken the metal stick. The stick will be there, take it again. Then just continue the quest as usual, go to this window and continue playing without any camera bugs.

I had the same problem. My method, that works, without interuping game files:
Go to the menu, then continue from the 3rd person camera angle. Then go far back to the door, that you leave, and have a strange interaction with it. Sam take a stick again. When you go to the window again, it play a cutscene with screamer like nothing happened
