Game Soft-Locked while playing as Matt.
I just got to the part where Matt and Emily make it to the cable car station. we made it inside the station but once Emily climbed down the ladder I do not get the pop-up to climb down. I have tried closing the game and relaunching but it seems to have saved right at that point. So my question is do I have to completely restart my game or is there a way for me to chose to start from a specific chapter?

I am also stuck in the cable car station. There is no pop-up to help Emily so she could start climbing.

I actually found a way around it. If you walk back into the room with the cable car controls go look at the picture on the wall with the fire tower. For some reason it was not hanging up (looking like I never interacted with it). So once I interacted with it again it reset and I was able to move on.
