Frame Generation is broken after new patch
I turn on DLSS frame gen, GPU usage dropped which make sense but frame rate also tanked significantly which doesn't make sense. It should be double like every other games with proper implementation. This is exactly the same with The casting of frank stone, another UE5 title which had broken DLSS frame gen implementation at launch/demo. The controller input also feel very sluggish, probably need Reflex support if not on already. I dont see it in the setting

Tried using FSR frame gen but same issue. Go back to the menu, the setting doesn't stick and reset to off.

HDR is still broken

EDIT:

I booted the game once after today's patch now it doesn't boot anymore, just got a black screen then it crash in a few seconds

So I deleted the config file and got the game to boot again. you guys use On or Auto in your DLSS frame gen setting? It seems to work when I set things to auto, like I was able to hit 120fps and 80-90% gpu usage which sounds about right since it is a heavy game; but it still dip to 60fps sometime with low GPU usage like 60-70%.

Yup they broke DLSS and tanked my performance by 30fps with the new patch.
DLAA does nothing now and you have to run TAA with DLSS.

Hello, I found a solution, you can try it, it worked for me in Hellblade 2 and others, search in the game folder "Streamline", Until Dawn\Windows\Engine\Plugins\Marketplace\nvidia\Streamline, download the files from Github here, replace them in the game folder and everything is ok.
