I also noticed it during the prologue but it later began glitching in other scenes as well.

Are you playing with music turned off? Because some cutscenes have just music no other sounds and if you turn off music in settings entirely the entire cutscene is half silent.

Yes that was the first sign of audio problems, during the butterfly video first music disappears and then sound and it's silent.. then upon experimenting with the audio during that cutscene, I physically switched the input channel 1 on the logitech module of my sound system and put it back and the audio came back, but I'm not sure if it's a coincidence... I also understand the the game heavly loads on my cpu showing me 100% loaded, I think that's the main cause for the audio disappearing issue, also during gameplay.
