Your have activated dlss via the graphic options, but in fact it still uses the game's AA and the game's default scaler (just under the aspect ratio setting).
The RT options are enabled but don't work atm.
Only NV framegen seems to work.
I could have sworn the game had 4 RT options before but now there are only 3. RT Ambient Occlusion also keeps turning off between game sessions on my PC.
Worse still, the shadows in the game during the start of Chapter 1 look glitchy and keep changing shape and even disappearing as I move the character and camera around.
I now can run it with +25 FPS
Yes they did remove RT shadowmaps.
Try turning off virtual shadows it may solve this shadow issue.
