I haven't used 3rd party AV bloatware for a long, long time. Last thing I used was Avast over a decade ago, until it went from lightweight and good to being another bloated malware-like monstrosity.
Key word is Maybe
It either gets detected because they used SmartAssembly and your AV doesn't like new unknown obfuscated files. Or because it is setting up a internet connection for the video upload, behaving like a backdoor access from a virus (while also having obfuscated code that the AV can't really read).
Whatever it is, I am certain that it is not an actual virus and you can play/download without worries.
Long ago, Windows Defender was awful before Windows 10. Since the release of Windows 10, Windows Defender has made other AVs obsolete, as it covers everything that you need for an anti-virus.
The only thing I despise about Windows Defender is its use of machine learning threat detection, which can spit out false positive threats. You can see any threats detected by machine learning by looking for "!ml" at the end of the threat name.
