Thanks for sharing. Are you aware of the Intel Core 13th/14th instability/degradation fiasco?
Try updating your UEFI/BIOS to the latest version and use/apply Intel's recommended power and current settings for your CPU SKU. This is the only possible workaround for this widespread issue. However, if the game crashes on launch continue in this game and maybe in other recent DX12 games or during shader compilation or oodle-like decompression workloads, you should consider or start an RMA process for your CPU.
You can message them and say that crashes, that the game is broken for everyone and it’s not playable
I wouldn't say it isn't playable, but it certainly has some significant technical and performance flaws that need to be fixed with future patches.
IMO, OP's crashing issue on game launch is likely due to the known Intel Gen 13th/14th desktop CPU SKUs instability/degradation issue.
OP already posted them in a prior message in this thread.

Thanks for the reply. I haven't heard of these issues, I'll follow your advice and see if it fixes it. Cheers
I've updated Windows, my graphics card and verified the files. No issues with any other games just this one for some reason.
You're welcome. I hope the updated UEFI/BIOS and Intel's recommended power & current settings resolves your issue.
If you want more technical, official, and useful info about the issue, you may want to read this post and follow the links:

Update! I managed to get it fixed by temporarily turning off all my anti virus settings. I have no idea why that fixed it but I've had no crashes and managed to play the game now.
Thanks for all the help you provided tho.
I'm glad this worked for you.
Anyway, keep an eye on updating your UEFI/BIOS and using Intel's recommended power & current settings too to assure CPU/system stability.
