Camera angle stuck near end of game

Has anyone run into any issues where the camera angle will not change so you can't progress? I'm playing as Sam near the end of the game when she goes to look for Mike at the sanatorium and the camera angle gets stuck. I've tried exiting to the main menu and restarting the game, nothing seems to work.
edit: still stuck at the same point even after the update ;_;

The hex edit brakes the game. When are they going to fix this?

This is a lot of effort and obviously it's just broken and needs to be properly fixed. I'm sure the devs are aware by now I would think.

My friend who played along making the same choices didn't have this issue so I'm not sure why I was affected.
