It's because they don't buy the games, they just talk trash about them, you can tell with the mouse icon beside the name. Anyone who bought the game and press play know damn well you can just skip the PSN sign in lol

It says clearly at the storepage that the account is needed, if it is really optional they have to clearly communicate this (not sure if you just trolling).
