Constant stutter during transitions and any loading of dialog and/or interactions.
Then hit a glitch/bug/leak/whatever it may have been which caused the game to lock below 60fps (50% gpu utilization) and introduced perma stutter. Tried to back out to main menu, game locked up, had to use steam to force stop, got a prompt to fill out crash report, told sony they suck.

Refunded.

Runs amazing for me on an RTX 4060, had no problems at all with everything set to high. Maybe the game is fixed by now though?
