I understand there there is a PS4 VR prequel titled, "The Inpatient" which explores more on the backstory of the Wendigo.

Will this be added as a DLC for the PC version?

I sure hope so.

Since its an entirely separate game if its brought over it will be sold as a separate game. Same with if they brought Until Dawn Rush of Blood, just shares the same world, but would not be added as DLC, because its a completely separate game.

Would love to see it be brought to PCVR it was definitely the best looking PSVR game at the time, although a version that didn't require VR would be even better.

But to answer your question as of current their are no announcements of The Inpatient game being ported over to PC, but with the Until Dawn Movie releasing next year in April I wouldn't be to surprised if a new version was released at somepoint in the near future.
