The mobile series is separate:
Worms 1: HD
Worms 2: Armageddon
Worms 3 (Revolution)
Where the "Armageddon" postfix does not have any significant meaning nor relation to the Worms Armageddon on PC released in 1999. Worms 2: Armageddon is mostly the same as Worms Reloaded on PC.
Let me also remind you that Worms Armageddon updates are not made by Team17. Two unpaid programmers (CyberShadow and Deadcode) do so in their free time for many years already; Team17 only checks and publishes them. As far as things go, these two programmers also have no right to do any ports to devices other than PCs, as well as sell the game on its own, even if Team17 had a percentage of the sales. I'm sorry but this is very unlikely to happen.
Edit: however if you really want to have the true W:A/WWP feel on mobile, you might go for a PS1 emulator. Then if you have a disk image of either WA PS1 or WWP PS1, you can play that on your phone, and with real rope physics (they're practically the same). If you are good with touch controls though...
I think it was.
Wasn't Reloaded just a port of Worms 2 Armageddon with a few new features slapped on?
