Can you play as teams?
If we're playing as 4 friends together, is there an option to do 2VS2? (because I've only found the All Vs All option)...

Sure you can, just change team colors next to worm count in the pre-game lobby

And can you play humans vs bots on the multiplayer?

Not on the online multiplayer as far as i know, as AI teams are not even listed in your team list

Set the paired team colours for the needed groups, e.g.: blue blue vs. red red. The weapon inventory will also be shared, of course.
