You can not resize the window, by the way. And until you start playing the actual game, you also can't move the window.
The resizing isn't a big deal, though the window is pretty small (6 inches x 4 inches maybe?), it's just the fact that once I open the game, I can't progress past the menu screen because I can't see the menu.
I'm not really sure what might be causing the problem. So far only a few people reported this, and only on a few multi-monitor systems.
What happens is the "body" of the menu is misplaced somewhere. The graphical and physical representation of the frontend are separate, and due to some bug (which is not known yet), they might become separate from each other. I haven't been able to reproduce this problem in neither of my VMs, nor physical TV connected to the laptop.
Now I might make a logger to track what happens at window creation stage, to see where it might have resulted.
Can you try enabling the "FullscreenAlternative" or "Fullscreen" options (they only affect the menu screens)? Does anything appear differently there?
Also if possible please go to your Worms folder and open wkD3D9Wnd.ini in Notepad and copy-paste it here. Thanks.
The easiest way to have a fix for your problem would be to add me to your friend list and connect to each other via TeamViewer, where I'd be able to see what makes the "soul" of the frontend escape on your system.
Also, the "fullscreen" option only affects the frontend. When you start playing the game, it's switched to windowed mode anyway, and you don't have the screen blanking when you minimize or restore the game.
For now, playing without d3d9wnd will at least let you see the menu, as long as your laptop can display 640x480. Shift-Esc will let you minimize from the in-game quickly. But until you get d3d9wnd working you will have annoying resolution changes before and after every game.
I assume there's no chance wkSuperFrontend or wkWndMode would do anything different?
FWIW I use d3d9wnd on Windows 7 on two monitors and it works flawlessly and is a huge asset to the game, especially for dual monitor setups. It is very worth getting it to work if you can.
When i start worms armageddon then i don't have full screen resolution. i see only 70% game.
But when i go to options and change resolution then when i go to play game it's ok. on game i have full screen. and this is good. But why i have this on menu ? how can i fix this? (windows 7 x64)

If you want, you can stretch it. Open wkD3D9Wnd.ini, then, in the [FrontendSettings] section, change Stretch=0 to Stretch=1.

if your last post solve this problem then i try. but tell me. bye and tnx
yes, setting it to Stretch will stretch the menu in windowed mode. Aspect ratio is not preserved.
