Report a translation problem
If the above suggestion doesn't work, the D3d9wnd tool can fix most or all resolution problems. For this tool it helps if you're a bit computer savvy, but is not necessary. The way to adjust settings is to edit the ".ini" file in notepad -- a value of "0" means off and "1" is on. You can use trial and error pretty easily by just reinstalling D3d9wnd. http://steamcommunity.com/app/217200/discussions/0/810919056990683316/
1. right click on properties for the game and go to local files.
2. double-click on tweaks.
3. double-click on renderer_Direct3D9_Shader_Palette or the Software Palette
some of the others might work but i tried those two out and it worked for me. good luck.
