Mission #9 help wanted VERY BADLY: EDIT: Thank you YouTube

EDIT: I still hate it, but I managed to complete it after following a video to the letter.

Okay, I am absolutely stuck in Mission #9: Water Surprise. That's the one where you climb the Eiffel Tower and pick up the Aqua Sheep.

The AI constantly blows it up with airstrikes. I'm using the technique whereby you place the Girder halfway up and create a platform with arrows.
Come round, oh, 10-ish, the AI gets an Airstrike, failes to realise that I'm under cover of undestroyable terrain, and bombs the crate.

.... help?
Even hacks. I've attempted it 10 times and my patience is running low.
