How do you blacklist players from joining your match

This guy for some reason keeps joining people's matches and adds 5 different teams while spamming the same stupid messages, i need a command that can black list him from ever joining my matches. I tried kicking him but he keeps coming back not only to my games
but games hosted by other players.

Any help would be appreciated.

you don't, just be persistent with them, or, if you're hosting for a specific group that you have contact with, make a passworded lobby

Oh, that's a shame. It would be great if they added the option to blacklist certain ips though.

If he spams: "XDDDDDDDDD" then it's Rafal (although he uses multiple names), the troll that has been plaguing this game since forever. At this point I don't even know if he does play the game or he just logs in to do that sort of stuff. In any case you have my condolences

From Poland it seems, does he suffer from some sort of mental illness (serious question)?

I mean who does this repeatedly?.. Let alone find it funny for years to come.
